If you have correctly set up FileZilla you are now connected to the root of your new website. In the public_html folder you will find two files : .ftpquota and tizoo.php

  1. Take the wordpress folder you previously downloaded/unzipped and open it
  2. Inside 3 folders (wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes) plus about 15 files are there
  3. Select everything and drag it to the FileZilla area where .ftpquota and tizoo.php are already located
  4. From this moment the transfer of Wordpress files to the root of the site starts. Depending on your ADSL connection, the operation will last between 10 and 15 minutes.
  5. During this time go back to the cpanel of your TiZoo hosting
