If you wish to switch from one type of subscription to another (e.g. from a MINI account to a PERSO account), just send us an e-mail to

facturation@tizoo.com

If you wish to switch to a higher capacity account, the change will be made within a few hours, and the price difference will be billed to you on a pro rata basis (proportional to the remaining duration of your current subscription).

If you wish to downgrade to a lower capacity account, the change will take place on your account renewal date.
